I can tell when I've missed a day or two.. as the pain comes back.
I recommend this product completely! Also, I actually noticed it helping within the first few weeks I took it.

Within one week, my problems are virtually gone. I've been amazed. I've had no side effects or stomach upset with slo-mag. (More customer reviews)My son, who is in 1st grade, has had a lot of trouble with school. He is not officially diagnosed with ADHD, but the checklists suggest it. To describe him, he has a ton of hyperactive and impulsive behaviors. He gets angry easily, especially during transition times. He reacts without any thought of consquences. He gets in really goofy moods, that are impossible to get him out of. He runs and jumps on furniture, always has to take physical risks, without fear of injury. I do not want to put my growing child on stimulants, so we are exhausting everything else first.
I have been a vitamin taker all my life. I have had him on b-complex, which I take for my nerves, but decided to give this a try. He has been taking it for a few weeks now and I just got a call from his school. Every time I see their number on my phone, I assume the worst. This however was a good report. He teacher said that he has been great for a whole week. He is making better choices and not acting up. Also that he demonstrates more self control.
You do not know how great this is! I was getting calls from the school about 2x a week, he was kicked out of an after school program and another parent suggested that she would call the authorities on me if my son ever touched her son again...so needless to say, it's been hard. Getting a good report really makes me happy.
I hope other parents who feel the same way about drugs, will read this review and give it a try!

Today's commercial over-processed and hormone induced foods are polluted with chemicals, depleted of vital enzymes and nutrients that are essential to our body for it to function properly. Ever wonder why there are so many drugs for everything? If your body is working right it will not require medications, therein which can cause side effects that require more drugs etc. By the way, Drug companies don't care about you! As long as you are sick they get paid! Health is bad business! But that is a separate issue all together. This is one of the best whole food supplements available! Start with two a day then work up to three. Powerful stuff! Do your research and be good to your body!

(More customer reviews)This is probably the best Pre-workout and Intra-workout supplement I've used so far. I've tried White flood and Jack3d, but they don't even come close to this one.
The way I use it is to mix 1.5 scoops in a 16 ouce bottle of water and take a little before each exercise. I've got the best results with this supplement.
Pros:
1) Very good pre and intra workout supplement. Better than White flood and Jack3d.
2) The supplement profile is just great. There is everything in this one for a pre and intra workout. So, there is no need to buy all the other stuff and mix them (which would add up to be very expensive).
Cons:
1) I am sensitive to caffeine. So, I use it only during my morning workouts. Those who are sensitive to caffeine, I suggest only use it in the mornings. Do not use it for evening workouts if you are sensitive to caffeine.
2) This supplement is not a replacement for heavy workout. Only when you push yourself, will you get the best results. If not, just taking the supplement without working hard in the gym wont get you results. It is called a supplement for a reason. It doesn't replace your actual workout. So, this works best if you push yourself to workout better. This is true for any supplement though.

(More customer reviews)I recommend this brand, but for best flavor, buy the all strawberry bottle. Unless your kids don't like strawberry, then buy blueberry or banana. But in any event, all the flavors for this brand are better tasting than the other brands out there. My daughter will back this up with happy or yucky faces upon request. Wondering what people buy this for? SO many reasons: helps prevent strep throat, thrush, yeast infections elsewhere, urinary tract infections, and most of all, diarrhea from antibiotics. I give my kid this stuff 2 hrs after a dose of antibiotics to prevent the myriad of negative side effects that antibiotics have. (You can't give this at the same time as antibiotics, they'll cancel each other out.) This is one of those "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" products. We keep a bottle in stock in our house all the time - of this brand. Since our local health food store closed, I now order this from Amazon.

It has a tasty citrus flavor...something like orange and pineapple juice. Second, I was further amazed when I saw that I lost a total of 8.5 pounds! It worked! The only problem I experienced was that I felt very hungry, because there's nothing in the juice to curb your appetite. So, I ended up eating one small (sensible) meal a day both days (although I wasn't suppose to). Yet, I still managed to lose 8.5 pounds! I would definitely recommend this miracle diet to anyone. But beware, that you may end up feeling hungry for 48 hours.

(More customer reviews)I recently read an article that eating cayenne pepper will help to burn excess fat from your diet. However, I do not enjoy eating spicy foods because of the negative effects it has on my digestive system. After a bit of research, decided to purchased Nature's Way Cayenne 40,000 H.U.(Heat Units) 450 mg. which is equal to HOT. Nature's Way also offers a 100,000 H.U. Extra Hot Cayenne for those not afraid of the spice. The container recommends taking 1 capsule three times per day with food but I was cautious and started with one per day. The label offers a caution that "if you suffer from heartburn, hiatal hernia, gastritis or puptic ucer disease, please consult your healthcare professional before using this product". After a few days, my roseca flaired up with a noticeable blister on my nose and a bit of indigestion appeared. I stopped taking the product until the sytems were gone and now take them in moderation following a fatty meal and have not had any difficulties. The product does make you feel "invigorated" as claimed but use caution when taking.
