I read about Inflame Away in Muscle & Fitness and decided to give it a shot. I felt results after 3 days of use and now I've been taking it for a about 4 weeks. The more I take, the better I feel. I've tried glaucosomine and chondroitin but those products haven't been nearly as affective as the the celadrin. I highly recommend it.

When you order on line they automatically send each month a new supply and charge your account as if you will be taking there product forever. In addition before checking out you are presented with the opportunity to get an extra bottle for what appears to be half price, when you get the bottle you find that is actually half the size. I would use extreme caution before giving these snake oil salesmen my credit info.

(More customer reviews)I really can't believe the amount of pain relief this product has helped bring about, nor can I believe how fast the pain in my hip was taken away. I believe it to be the Msm, because I have for the longest time taken Glucosamine Chondroitin and never gotten this kind of relief. There are still times - such as before I go for extended walks, or bowling, etc., that I have to rub in something extra, like a menthol ice or Ben-Gay or some such thing because this product does not keep up with the pain of over-exerting the muscles like that, but then I am not in the greatest shape and the number of times I exert myself on a regular basis are rare and few. Otherwise, if your joints hurt you just walking around the house or yard, this cream will ease the pain right up for just such meanderings, and give you the ability to bring back the pleasure you once felt in a casual stroll around the block.

However, when we purchased the newly formulated product by Garden of Life, my husband and I became very sick with numerous major intestinal complaints during the 3 weeks that we took it. After going to the doctor, he suggested we discontinue its (the Wobenzym N's) use. When we stopped taking it, we rapidly and completely recovered.
I contacted Garden of Life concerning our sickness from this product and they admitted that they had changed the formula. The original product made by Mucos was a great product but we will not be buying this one from Garden of Life again. It is our hope that the original formula will again be produced and available in the US.

I would give it 5 stars and be much happier taking it if they didn't load it with a ton of artificial sweetener (Sucralose). Almost intolerable straight, I have to dilute with water about 10:1 to drink it, but I'll never stop taking it.

Having read once that tablet forms of supplements/medications should dissolve in less than an hour, I always test them by putting one in enough vinegar to cover the tablet and then observing the time it takes to break down. I bought a bottle of these from Costco, good about returns, and the tablet was still quite hard after an hour. I took the remainder back. I understand that stomach acid is much stronger than vinegar, but given alternatives, why not choose a product that gets to work more quickly and doesn't risk "passing on through" one's digestive tract with no benefit.

BIOFREEZE Pain Relieving Spray with ILEX Review

(More customer reviews)Biofreeze spray gel works almost as well as the original Biofreeze green jelly. The spray gel has the advantages of (1) not being green, so it doesn't stain clothing; and (2) being able to be applied anywhere you can spray, including the area between your shoulder blades.
If hubby is home to Biofreeze my back, I still prefer the original Biofreeze green jelly. It works a little better, lasts a little longer, and doesn't smell as much. The only downside to the jelly is it will leave green marks on light colored clothing if you're not careful. The green washes out in the laundry, but who wants to go around with green smears on a white shirt?
Both the Biofreeze spray gel and the original Biofreeze are way better than the drugstore stuff like Ben-Gay. They work better, last longer, are "cool" rather than hot, and don't smell as bad. The original Biofreeze has almost no smell at all. The spray gel has a stronger scent, but it's still not as noticeable as Ben-Gay.

Anyway, so I am taking this stuff now. Can't hurt, right?
I have been taking it for about 2 weeks now and, so far, I have not been
tempted in the slightest to give up my Celebrex for some slight pain relief.
I have osteoarthritis in all fingers and both thumbs. It is a literal pain at work and affects most everything I try to do. I am a runner and not overweight and I don't eat sweets. It's just genetic, my grandmother had arthritis of both hands also.
I will continue to take the Trigosamine for a few months and give it a chance.
But as far as the "fast acting" premise on the bottle...uh, nope. Not for me.
Update: After 6 weeks....no noticable improvement. Whatever is the root cause of osteoarthritis in the hands/thumbs....this stuff does not get to the root of the problem. Not for me. Dropping my rating to one star.
The people who make this stuff know that it doesn't really do anything.

(More customer reviews)I suffer from constant joint pain in one of my hip joints due to traumatic injury from several falls. This has caused me to limp on that side. The limping has put extra strain on my lower lumbar inter-vertebral joints causing additional pain.
I have been taking glucosamine and chondroitin supplements for several years with little to no pain relief. But, I keep taking them in hopes that it's actually doing something. I recently decided to try Instaflex and have been on it for a month of three capsules per day. I don't think that I will order another supply of it as I can't tell that there has been any improvement whatsoever.
I'm a retired Doctor of Chiropractic and am well versed in the treatment of joint pain. If Instaflex does anything at all it's certainly no better than any other glucosamine supplement I have tried in the past. Several physicians have told me to buy the cheapest glucosamine available on the shelf as they are all basically the same. I had high hopes for the effects of Instaflex. It costs more... it must be better. But, there has been no dramatic effect in my personal use of the product.
Therefore, I will give it a one-star rating. It's pricey and doesn't perform any better than other glucosamine supplements.
