(More customer reviews)First, the product did nothing for me. Of course that doesn't mean that it won't work for you. My complaint however, involves their very deceptive marketing practices. When you order on line they automatically send each month a new supply and charge your account as if you will be taking there product forever. In addition before checking out you are presented with the opportunity to get an extra bottle for what appears to be half price, when you get the bottle you find that is actually half the size. I would use extreme caution before giving these snake oil salesmen my credit info.

Chia Seeds 2 Pounds Review

(More customer reviews)I was introduced to chia seeds by my daughter (a Level 1 Trauma Center emergency room nurse)when I last visited her digs. "Hey dad! Try this..." and then she handed me a 16 oz glass with what I thought I recognized as floating detritus from a poorly washed glass. I looked at her and she said "They're chia seeds!" So I took a big gulp of the drink as she explained how great they were for me. She sent me home with a zip lock bag full of them and her follow-on instructions:
Take 1 TBSP with a 16 oz glass of water once a day for a week.
Take 2 TBSP with a 16 oz glass of water once a day for a week.
Take 2 glasses of water in the morning and afternoon with the two TBSP dosage.
A remarkable think happened after 7-10 days in the process. It was around 2:00 pm in the afternoon and I didn't remember making coffee that morning. I checked my favorite coffee mug (usually used it 2-3x in the morning)and it was brand-spanking clean still in the cupboard. And I haven't felt the need to have coffee since. No withdrawal symptoms, no DT's, nothing. Like I said, the coffee industry is going to HATE this review.
More energy, have lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks, and I'm off of coffee (an addiction I had for over 30 years)!
As for the seller, I received the 5 lb bag double bagged and there was no leakage, anything. Nicely packaged and shipped promptly. I'm hooked for sure...
Although some may disagree, I usually prep 2 glasses for the chia seeds before I go to bed (just leave 'em on the counter)and give them a stir in the morning. I usually add a slug of Trader Joe's cranberry juice to each glass just because if chia seeds are great, then chia seeds with cranberry juice have to be awesome, at least by my way of thinking.
FWIW, I'm NOT a vegetarian - just a regular working stiff who realizes that the results of the health-care system doesn't start with a primary care physician - it starts with us...

(More customer reviews)I have had migraines for over 20 years. I've tried many other items. The prescription meds I was taking had scary side-effects. I researched butterbur & felt it was a much safer alternative. I tried it and am very happy with it, it works! You have to give it a couple months, taking it faithfully, but it will then work. If I go several days now without taking it, I'll get a migraine. I've been taking it for over a year & 1/2 and am very thankful for this product. I've gone from 4-12 migraines a month to 2-4 a YEAR!

(More customer reviews)I got this for my 6yr old daughter she has asthma and allergies. The doctors wanted to keep her on flovent but she had bad side effects on it so I kept her away from it there are no other options for children other than inhalers and steriods not a fan of either at the moment so I had to figure out another plan. I searched it online and came across this, I was skeptical at first but thought it was worth the try. She does half a tube once daily, its tasteless which is great no fighting to take it! It does take awhile before you start noticing anything. I could tell there was less wheezing, heavy breathing and needing her nebulizer daily after about a month I will continue to buy it for her until they come up with something better than steriods and bad side effected inhalers. I would recommend this for anyone who wants an alternative but please don't throw out your regular medicine before trying this for awhile cause that would just be stupid.
