(More customer reviews)so i was WAY skeptical about this, but a friend said it was legit. so i tried it and it was FANTASTIC! totally effective--kept my usually huge appetite down a lot--which isn't an easy thing to do! 2-3 pills per day and i was golden. high energy, but i wasn't all crazy like after a few cups of coffee--steady throughout the day.
i dropped 4 pounds the first week then a few more each week after. i'm down 13 total on my 4th week. i'm getting my next bottle right now!

I have had disappointing results with the other "popular" brands that I tried but I dont want to bash other products. Im getting older so I am more prone to weight gain so I have been using this Hoodia for almost a year now It helps curve my cravings but doesnt stop my appetite completely, which I think would make me forget to eat basic food. At first, I stopped my weight gaining trend but then after a while, I started losing weigh as I ate less crap food. I have lost about 18 pounds in the last 6 or 7 months.For people who dont know Hoodia: it is not supposed to stop all of your appetite, only help limit it. I will stick with this brand.

I incorporated exercise with taking the tablets every day and my results have been great. My measurements before the program - Waist was a 38 hips 43 thighs 28 - these measurements were taken May 30th 2008. My new measurements as of June 27, 2008 are 32 in waist Hips 42 thighs 25. I am watching my caloric intake and eating properly by cutting out starches and drinking water like a fish. No soda, cut down the sugar and eating fruit up in the day. I have completely cut out red meat, pork and all that crappy stuff that causes you arteries to get blocked. I also, walk a mile a day plus I work - out to Power 90 or Hip Hop Abs and Yoga classes. I am in school working on a double degree and work Full time for the government. So as of today, I have lost 10 inches - I have more energy and when I look in the mirror I really like what I see now. My ideal measurements I want is to be - Waist 28 Hips 38 Thighs 23 - my goal is to be a 10 again - and get out of a size 12 forever. I am already wearing my Medium tops again. I was once in Large and thought that was the best I could be. NOT!! I am better than that. My body deserves better and I deserve this. My advise to any of you is to stay with the program, you figure if you are 40+ like me you will need to give the program a least 6 months.

(More customer reviews)I lose weight much faster using this product then just with diet and exercise alone. But it can be pretty strong. I think that it is stronger then the advanced. But other then that it is a great product, doesn't give you the jitters or make your heart beat heavily. I have tried just about every weight loss pill out there and I know everyone says there pill works the best and you can never be sure if it will work for you.. this one works for me so I would suggest it to anyone. I just had a baby 6 months ago and I have lost close to 50 lbs. since then using Hydroxycut and moderate exercise and well dieting of course.. but even if I slip with maybe having Chinese food one night I don't gain any weight. It does work.

The detoxufree72 I decided not to take on the third day cause it was too many pills to take at one time (3, and they are not small) The apidexin on the other hand is great. I am on day three and on Friday I started-188 Sat-185 and today(sun) 182 the great change was due to weighing at different times fri I keep weighing it was between 188-187lb sat weighing at different time between (186-and 185) I weight myself this morning, 181lb but then later wieght in at 182 I am going to check right now...I just ate now I am 183. The pounds are coming off I am so excited. I don't recommend taking 3 in one day cause it gets you in a high feeling and can become addicting. The detox is not bad but it is too much toilet time. lol

I rated this as 4 stars based on the fact that it definitely "cleanses". That said, this product really should come with a disclaimer like Alli does. I had no disillusions that use of the product would not make me go to the bathroom more, but I have experienced frequent, painful, loose bowel movements. I will not go into graphic details, but I will say that it definitely mimics the side effects associated with Alli (such as when you slip and eat fatty, greasy foods)and I have found myself darting to the bathroom. Knowing that this is supposed to "cleanse", I would definitely say it's doing so...but I would like to see the manufacturer indicate that you should expect this as an effect of use.

(More customer reviews)I have been using this product for 30 days and I was surprised by my results. I lost 10 pounds within the first 7 days. I will admit that the very first day of taking this product I felt very hyper until I ate something 30 minutes later. When I took the second dose prior to lunch I also experienced a burning type sensation in my stomach. Again, this also passed after eating. I have since lost only 2 more pounds, however I have not changed my eating or exercise habits at all. Any side effects that I was experiencing also disappeared after about the second or third day. I've maintained my weight loss with no effort. For me this product has reduced my appetite in that I don't feel the need to constantly snack. I wish this was something I could take before dinner time as well. I found that if I took a dose after 2pm I had trouble sleeping at night. I think the prime candidate for this product is someone that is trying to lose no more than 10-20 pounds and their target issue is periodic snacking. I am going to continue to take this product for another 30 days and I'll keep you posted.

(More customer reviews)I bought this product 2 months ago. It says you can loose up to 10 pounds the first 7 days and i lost 8 pounds. I was really persistent with sticking to the instructions, 1 pill 30 minutes before breakfast and 1 pill 30 minutes before lunch. I bought the Lipofuze with the 3 day detox. The 3 day detox is a little difficult to stick to as you have to take 5 pills with your breakfast and 5 pills with your afternoon snack which is kind of a pain but it is only for 3 days so if you really want to loose weight you can do this routine for 3 days. I was very excited about my weight loss and read more into articles which describe so called "fat burning foods", yes that does indeed exist. I would recommend to anyone to combine the use of Lipofuze with changing your eating habits a little towards fat burning foods. I have to honestly say that in my second month i was not as persistant with the routine and did not loose any weight but am 100% convinced that this product works if taken as instructed because it did work for me way beyond my expectations the first month.I am ordering more today and will take this product as instructed to loose more weight. As far as side effects for me the only thing i noticed was that if you do not eat 30 minutes after taking the pill you will feel dizzy, after i experienced this once i made sure i ate after 30 minutes and had no problems after that. 5 stars from me, you really can not beat this deal. It is very low in cost compared to other products and trust me i did quite some research before I purchased this item.

I definitely had more energy and could get away with eating whatever. I originally bought the Ultra by mistake (not knowing about ephedra ban yet) and am about thru with the 90 caplet bottle.... yet no results. No energy increase, no lost lbs/inches. The only benefit that may be present is somewhat lack of appetite. I wouldn't recommend this product... and personally won't be buying it again. (no ephedra - no fat burn)

The very first day I tried this product, I noticed that I did not have any cravings for snacks in between meals, and it has helped greatly to:
