(More customer reviews)I'm very sensitive to any medications or supplements that contain ingredients that create jittery feelings, so I was eager to try this product. As the product description states, it is made from a potato extract that works to creates feelings of satiety so you eat less. After trying it before a few meals, I have to say that it definitely works!
The directions state to take one pill about 60 minutes before your two largest meals, with a full glass of water. Through some experimentation, I found that taking the supplement a full one hour before meals really does work best; if I wait and take it 30 minutes or less before eating, I don't notice that I eat considerably less. So if you decide to take this, be sure to leave yourself that one-hour window beforehand!
Another bonus about this product is that it doesn't contain fiber. When I was briefly following the meal plan featured in the book _Women's Health Perfect Body Diet_, the plan's author recommended taking a fiber supplement that left me feeling bloated. The Slendesta tablets do not have this same effect.
The only reason I knocked off one star is because the price seems to be high. I will also try to update my review after using these a bit longer to see what the longer-term effects are.
