(More customer reviews)I have been taking HM for 4 days now and have lost about 6 lbs which is quicker than I have ever lost weight with diet/exercise alone. By the way, I am 6ft female who weighs about 210 lbs. I tend to lose 3 or 4 lbs during my first 7 days of a diet and exercise regimen. (I also tend to have a lot water weight.) Since starting HM, Ive been doing cardio for 30 mins a day (step aerobics or speed walking) and eating plenty of fruits, veggies, and wholegrains. I follow the instructions accordingly and take the pills on an empty stomach and am drinking plenty of water afterward. I've had one small headache which completely went away after drinking a glass of water so I guess its important to stay very hydrated on this stuff. I'm not particularly sensitive to caffeine so i decided to go ahead and start taking the full 6 caps/day dose yesterday. Possibly a premature move because I do feel fairly wired now at night when I need to sleep. I'm sleeping less than usual at night and as a result find myself needing a 15-20 min power nap during the day. Actually I felt my eye twitching on and off today--it only lasted a about 5 mins but is worth mentioning. On the bright side, i'm not groggy in when I wake up and pretty much hop right out of bed in the mornings which is something i've never been able to do. I do not feel hyper, but do not feel tired either during the day which is a plus. No jitters or tummyaches or lightheadedness. I hate exercising but its so Much easier to get my butt up and work out in the afternoon. My appetitite is only slightly diminished. I still really have to exercise willpower since all the working out is making me hungrier and this is fine with me because I think its important to have a healthy appetite while dieting. I will re-post after i've used the product longer. Overall very satisfied with the lack of side effects and excited to drop a few lbs so fast! This product may be giving me the boost and motivation that I always fail to find when trying to lose weight.

(More customer reviews)This review is for the Ultra Concentrate, just so there's no confusion. I have had my eye on these pills since a friend recommended them the other day. I was nervous about spending so much money on a bottle of diet pills. I finally broke down & bought a bottle last night. I took my first pill today around 2pm. I was able to go 2.6 miles when I had been stopping at 2. It really made me determined to go as far as possible. It's true that it makes you burp orange, but that doesn't bother me. I didn't feel jittery & it really did make me warmer than usual, so I believe its claim that it's thermogenic. I even took my temperature when I was just sitting around & it was about 1 degree higher than it usually is. It doesn't tell you this on the label, but it does contain diuretics so you HAVE to watch your hydration & electrolyte balance. Taking diuretics can mess up your electrolytes & cause problems with your heart rhythms. It is probably a good idea to take a potassium supplement while using this pill to make sure that doesn't happen. Also, there are ingredients in this product that thin your blood, so don't take it if you are already on blood thinning meds. You also shouldn't use aspirin, ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil), or naproxen (Aleve) with this pill because they also thin your blood. These meds reduce fevers anyway so they would also counteract the thermogenic effects. Overall, if you pay attention to what you're doing they should work well! I don't plan to use 2 pills a day like the label says. One feels like plenty to me. I will update later with how much I lose & in how much time, but so far I like it!

(More customer reviews)I lose weight much faster using this product then just with diet and exercise alone. But it can be pretty strong. I think that it is stronger then the advanced. But other then that it is a great product, doesn't give you the jitters or make your heart beat heavily. I have tried just about every weight loss pill out there and I know everyone says there pill works the best and you can never be sure if it will work for you.. this one works for me so I would suggest it to anyone. I just had a baby 6 months ago and I have lost close to 50 lbs. since then using Hydroxycut and moderate exercise and well dieting of course.. but even if I slip with maybe having Chinese food one night I don't gain any weight. It does work.

(More customer reviews)I took Hydroxycut Hardcore X and was bummed when they discontinued it. This new product is incredible. It's not that much different from the previous generation, but the effects are noticeably different. Even at maximum dosage, I don't get shaky and sick to my stomach as I did with the previous formula. In addition, my ability to focus has drastically increased compared to its predecessor. While both products have worked well for increased energy and stubborn fat loss, the pro series is an improvement. On either of these supplements, make sure to increase your nutritional intake before intense exercising or weight training. If you don't, you will feel lightheaded more rapidly than usual because of the increased thermogenics taking place in your digestion. During light to medium intensity cardio you will be just fine, but going into AT or VO2 max without a nutrition increase will make you feel ill.
Lastly, appetite suppression is very noticeable with this version. If you are looking to decrease your caloric intake, this is the best I have tried. A word of warning: do NOT believe your stomach while taking this. I have noticed such a decrease in appetite that I forget to eat when I should which causes ill effects during moderate to heavy activity. However, with proper habits, you should be able to eat 5 times per day without being hungry or sending your body into starvation mode. Kudos to MuscleTech on this one.
