(More customer reviews)This review is for the Ultra Concentrate, just so there's no confusion. I have had my eye on these pills since a friend recommended them the other day. I was nervous about spending so much money on a bottle of diet pills. I finally broke down & bought a bottle last night. I took my first pill today around 2pm. I was able to go 2.6 miles when I had been stopping at 2. It really made me determined to go as far as possible. It's true that it makes you burp orange, but that doesn't bother me. I didn't feel jittery & it really did make me warmer than usual, so I believe its claim that it's thermogenic. I even took my temperature when I was just sitting around & it was about 1 degree higher than it usually is. It doesn't tell you this on the label, but it does contain diuretics so you HAVE to watch your hydration & electrolyte balance. Taking diuretics can mess up your electrolytes & cause problems with your heart rhythms. It is probably a good idea to take a potassium supplement while using this pill to make sure that doesn't happen. Also, there are ingredients in this product that thin your blood, so don't take it if you are already on blood thinning meds. You also shouldn't use aspirin, ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil), or naproxen (Aleve) with this pill because they also thin your blood. These meds reduce fevers anyway so they would also counteract the thermogenic effects. Overall, if you pay attention to what you're doing they should work well! I don't plan to use 2 pills a day like the label says. One feels like plenty to me. I will update later with how much I lose & in how much time, but so far I like it!
