(More customer reviews)I was a little leery at first. However, I must say I followed the advice of the representative on my cruise line. I incorporated exercise with taking the tablets every day and my results have been great. My measurements before the program - Waist was a 38 hips 43 thighs 28 - these measurements were taken May 30th 2008. My new measurements as of June 27, 2008 are 32 in waist Hips 42 thighs 25. I am watching my caloric intake and eating properly by cutting out starches and drinking water like a fish. No soda, cut down the sugar and eating fruit up in the day. I have completely cut out red meat, pork and all that crappy stuff that causes you arteries to get blocked. I also, walk a mile a day plus I work - out to Power 90 or Hip Hop Abs and Yoga classes. I am in school working on a double degree and work Full time for the government. So as of today, I have lost 10 inches - I have more energy and when I look in the mirror I really like what I see now. My ideal measurements I want is to be - Waist 28 Hips 38 Thighs 23 - my goal is to be a 10 again - and get out of a size 12 forever. I am already wearing my Medium tops again. I was once in Large and thought that was the best I could be. NOT!! I am better than that. My body deserves better and I deserve this. My advise to any of you is to stay with the program, you figure if you are 40+ like me you will need to give the program a least 6 months.
