(More customer reviews)I recently quit smoking, and I have been ravenously hungry all the time since. System Six has given me freedom from that crazy hunger. I still feel physical hunger most of the time (nicotine withdrawal = altered levels of blood glucose), but it isn't distracting and compelling anymore. In just 2 days I've lost three of the ten pounds I gained - I'm sure much of that is water, but there is nothing wrong with getting rid of the bloat!
Bonus: I'm better able to focus at work.
I initially worried that all the various forms of caffeine would keep me up at night, but so far I'm falling asleep fine.

Power to Sleep PM Review

(More customer reviews)I love this product. I have taken many Sleeping pills as I have trouble falling asleep on many occasions. These do not leave you in a fog the next morning, I wake up refreshed and rejuvinated. They don't "knock you out", but about 20 mins after taking them you feel relaxed and ready to sleep. It definately makes you sleepy and helps with waking during the night. I had a big physics test and took 2 the night before the test and slept like a baby. Usually I am up and down the whole night before a test. This product works like a charm!
