(More customer reviews)I love this product. I have taken many Sleeping pills as I have trouble falling asleep on many occasions. These do not leave you in a fog the next morning, I wake up refreshed and rejuvinated. They don't "knock you out", but about 20 mins after taking them you feel relaxed and ready to sleep. It definately makes you sleepy and helps with waking during the night. I had a big physics test and took 2 the night before the test and slept like a baby. Usually I am up and down the whole night before a test. This product works like a charm!
