If you've never tried it, Yerba Mate tastes faintly smoky, bright, and almost grassy (in a good way). Certainly not for everyone, but if you enjoy strong herbal teas, you'll likely enjoy this. One of the best parts is the caffeine content--it pumps me up like coffee without any of the weird side effects (jitters, sweats, etc). I like mine with soy milk.

I have noticed changes while using it, including more cervical fluid, and an increased number of days with fertile quality fluid. If you don't like mint, you won't like this tea. To me, it's preferable to other infertility treatments out there. Also, making two cups of tea each day using one tsp per cup, I'm still going on my first "one month supply" 10 weeks later.

(More customer reviews)My acupuncturist sold me another form (granules) of this for my very deep cough. Over time, I found this particular form (12 cubes - packaged and pictured exactly as above) which I like as it stores well and is reasonably priced. This is what the Chinese having been using for mumps and other infectious disease for millenia.
A cube dissolves in a large cup of hot water and thus is convenient for work use. I use it to soothe my throat and stop coughs, and it works as well as anything I have tried - with NO side effects. The taste is slightly bitter, so usually I add a spoon of sugar or honey, with or without lemon to taste.
A Google search on "isatis root" brings up a number of articles describing symptoms and the long-term, tested safety of this product. Highly recommended against colds and flu symptoms as something which will help the root cause, not merely cover up symptoms.

(More customer reviews)It made me feel so sick after having drunk one tea in the morning. I was never told that the symptoms of drinking this tea are severe stomach pain and diarrhea. It is not a normal pain when doing poop, but a pain that I could not handle. I am not gonna continue drinking this tea anymore because I cannot go outside with this symptom that makes me faint. After the first tea, I could not continue the 30 days treatment anymore.
