(More customer reviews)I have been sleeping horribly for years (my mind doesn't shut down well at night) and I've been taking Benadryl at night to keep going. It works for the most part but I have to take more as time goes on and I wake up feeling hungover and drag through the day. I felt like I was at the end of my rope and wanted to try something new. It didn't seem realistic that a simple tea would help but it was worth a try. To my surprise I have slept better the past couple of weeks than I have in years. It's not a drugged sleep and I was disappinted that it really didn't help me go to sleep but once I am asleep it does help me sleep through the night. One odd side effect is that I have vivid dreams every night. I'm not sure if that's a side effect of the tea or just the fact that I'm finally sleeping well enough to dream. Either way, I certainly recommend trying this tea.

This product also gives me a burst of energy. I would continue to take this product JUST for the extra boost of energy. I needed a boost! I started taking this product, and was given adequate energy (not jittery, not hyper), and the little weight I lost was an added bonus. If you're looking for more energy, this product is well worth it. (Hey, it's cheap and effective, how could it not be worth it?)

(More customer reviews)After trying several cleansing and diet products with acai berries and disappointed with each one I was skeptical about this product but for $5.00 I couldn't pass up. I was amaze at how well it suppressed my appetite. I felt like I had lots of energy and was not jittery like most products. I had extra bowel movement but no cramps and it didn't give me diarrhea. I am drinking a lot more water and I feel a difference in my metabolism because in the morning when I wake up I am starving! I don't eat as much as I normally would have and lost 1/2 on the first day which is not bad. I am excited to see how I do after incorporating my running and workouts with it. Loving the results so far!

(More customer reviews)I have been taking the green tea supplement for 4 weeks, twice the dose that the bottle recommends, walking 20 minutes daily and have lost 21 lbs. without any change in my diet. (I still enjoy the occasional cheeseburger and fries). I have yet to found another supplement that yielded that kind of result. I don't know if the weight loss was due to the walking or the green tea, or the combination, but I do suggest trying this routine. Swanson Vitamins is the most inexpensive source I have found (with fast mail delivery) and walking is really kind of addictive. I had a hard time at first going out to walk, but wanted to see if the plan would work and I can easily say, it did. Good luck to you! One thing I can say with certainty, is that the supplements I have purchased from Swanson have been cheaper than most and still effective.

(More customer reviews)This is a great product. I picked up a bottle 5 days ago and started taking immediately according to the instructions: 2 at breakfast and 2 at lunch.
The reason for my purchase is that I had been working out hard every day for about 2 months and my weight loss had been extremely slow. I know that there is a lag time from when you first start working out to when the pounds start coming off, but I was getting frustrated that I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. Ever since I've turned 40 it just seems like my metablolism has slowed significantly so I needed some kind of boost. Que Green Tea Fat Burner.
The results for the first 5 days have been teriffic. I've lost 5 pounds in 5 days. Now granted, I know I wouldn't have lost 5 pounds if I hadn't been working out along with taking the product, but still, it's hard to argue with the results. It's like a switch has been flipped and my body is now burning off the fat like it should be.
One other thing that I've noticed is that my appetite is suppressed when I take the gree tea. I didn't even buy it for that reason. I just wanted something to help me start metablolising my fat and it's done that and more. I had to make myself eat lunch today so that I could take some more Green Tea, as I believe you shouldn't take this on an empty stomach.
I also have more energy now. It's subtle, but I definitely can tell I have more energy to get going on things that I would normally put off.
Awesome product. You won't be disappointed!

So, I would recommend monitoring your blood pressure before, during, and after taking the product if you choose to take the product.
I will say, I didn't see much effect from this product though, so buyer beware.

(More customer reviews)This product is great if you're trying to shed some pounds especially around the belly. However, you will need to change a few things in your diet in order for it to really work.
I used this product back in late 2007. I changed to only drink water and really cut back on my portions at meal time. It won't be too difficult to cut back on portions as this helps curb your appetite pretty nicely. But, it is important that you try and drink as much water as possible when on these pills.
I would take 3 per day usually. Two in the morning and one in the evening. When I followed this simple routine I was able to shed about 25-30 pounds within about 4 months(no joke). I stopped and have put the weight back on, so I just ordered the product again, this time on a monthly plan so that I remember to stay on it.
The really nice part of this product is that you don't get the bad side effects like you do with most diet pills. Other pills usually make you feel weird and give you diarrhea. This product does not do that. Instead, it actually gives you a great deal of energy and makes you feel great if you usually drag through the day and need lots of coffee to stay awake. You will probably not need the coffee if you stay on these pills.
