(More customer reviews)I don't actually use this product for myself, I give it to my dogs to ease the pain from arthritis. Previously we used Rimadyl for a Lab with hip dysplasia, when that started to get to pricey we tried this and got the same results. As our other dogs have gotten older we have used this for they're arthritis with good success.

(More customer reviews)I work out sporadically, maybe once or twice every week or two. I'm not a bodybuilder or anything. I was feeling sluggish about working out and wishing I had more strength and endurance. I did find that taking this product about a half hour before visiting the gym gave me a quick, intense burst of energy that allowed me to work out longer on the cross-trainer and lift one or two plates more on the weight machines. A couple of times it did make me jittery, and even a little nauseous once. I realized this happened when I was taking it with a caffeine product. I found eating a half hour before taking the 17HD also minimized these side effects.

(More customer reviews)My mother has painful arthritis in her hands, and we were unable to give her some of the usual medications because of side effects and drug interactions. We tried Boiron's Arnica gel, and it takes the edge off of her pain. She has used it for her hands. for sprains, and while rehabilitating from broken bones, and says that it makes her pain bearable. She often uses it when pain keeps her up at night, and it allows her to sleep. We have found no negative effects except that it is painful when used on broken skin (eg, small cuts or sores). Unlike other rubs, it has no scent. I use it myself after exercising. I don't know if it works for everyone, but I recommend trying it! (I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it does not remove the pain entirely).

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE READY-MADE DRINK! I am not familiar with the powder! Call the company for info on that. (1-866-355-8471) or [...]I stumbled on this one day out on the web and called the company to check ingredients - - I cannot have lactose, gluten, soy, grapes, or mint because of allergies. They told me that the Apple Cranberry had none of this, but some of the other flavors did. I got a six pack to try & drank half a bottle. The next morning I woke up - - NO PAIN!!! I could rise from bed, walk, stand and move without whining in pain. I told my doc and he began prescribing it. Insurance does not cover this, but I get a med deduction for it because it is prescribed. I did find that a whole bottle (8 oz.) was a bit much for me, so I began to drink only half a bottle every other day, then I went to 1/3 bottle (about 2.5 oz. of an 8 oz. bottle) every day or every other day and that seemed to be just right. This stuff is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! And, it is the only joint relief I have found that does not have any of the allergens I have to avoid, and where I can adjust the dosage to MY needs! Only problem I have here is the OUTRAGEOUS shipping charges levied. I think AMZ should monitor unreasonable shipping charges and not allow them. I got this on sale at WalMart for $6.99 six-pk - - Sometimes get @ Cub or Rainbow for $8.99 and NO SHIPPING! (check the pharmacy OTC) IF you are on any other meds, check with doc or pharmacist to be sure there is no interaction. (I even gave this to my dogger, with vet approval, when he got older and his joints were aching. He preferred it straight up at first, then decided to be fussy and I had to disguise it in gravy!)
PS:
It is YUMMY and refreshing to drink when chilled - - remember to refrigerate after opening!!!

IF you are on any other meds, check with doc or pharmacist to be sure there is no interaction. Some joint products can be a problem.
