(More customer reviews)I have never been a morning person & usually don't feel fully awake until after lunch ;-0 My doctor ran blood testing & found that my cortisol levels could be better for morning time. She explained that Cortisol peaks in the early morning, slacks off to halfway by around lunchtime, then falls completely by evening when melatonin normally sets in & makes you sleepy. So, I take 2 in the morning & 1 at lunch. i feel much more awake with less "brain fog" & have more energy. It did give me tremors (a bit like too much coffee) at first, but after 2 days of use, the tremors went away & I'm feeling much better. It just takes some time for the body to get used to.

I had a low body temperature at around 97.2 and had dry itchy skin with red patches,was irritable,had magnified allergic reactions, got cold easily,my eyes were getting worse (reading), didn't sleep well. After 5 days of taking 1 drop of this stuff 2 to 3 times a day I feel warm inside, my skin looks great (no red patches and velvety smooth with really good color) feel nice and warm, am sleeping so well, and took off my reading glassses!. When I look in the mirror I almost tear up because I finally feel good again after 20 years. Even, for some reason the definition around my lips and nose are much nicer. I look and feel great! My mother has hypothyroid, and her mother did too. I can't believe how much better and relaxed I feel. Everyone has really noticed a big difference. I had almost given up and now I am thankful indeed. Wow! What a difference...

(More customer reviews)I have fought with fatigue problems for years. Jacob Teitelbaum, a leading specialist in chronic fatigue treatment, did a controlled study that showed a significant improvement in patients energy level when taking this. (described in his book Fatigued to Fantastic)
I definitely feel an improvement. I tried some cheap versions of ribose and didn't feel it helped. You might want to try this one and then if you have good reasults try switching to something cheaper.
You only need a teaspoon or two a day, so although you don't get a large quantity for what your paying, you will not necessarily have to refill more often than every 1 1/2 to 2 months.
I also take Fatigued to Fantastic daily B complex and the daily energy enfusion. These are both products designed by Dr. Teitelbaum.

(More customer reviews)My Endocrinologist is amazed by my test results and the way that my thyroid feels to the touch. I went from having a sizeable goiter to a practically normal thyroid!
I was diagnosed with HyPERthyroidism "probable" Graves Disease (whatever "probable" means)about one year prior to the time I discovered Thyrosoothe. My doctor prescribed Methimazole (Tapazole) in an effort to slow down my thyroid but I was having some pretty nasty side-effects from it and it really wasn't working. Plus, I was gaining 10 lbs a month! No exaggeration!
The doctors were suggesting that I consent to having my thyroid pumped full of radiation to effectively kill it or have it surgically removed meaning that I would have to take medications for HyPOthyroidism for the rest of my life! I found these alternatives unacceptable! I began my search for a natural alternative treatment and gratefully found Thyrosoothe!
Since taking Thyrosoothe, I have absolutely NO Side-Effects (and have actually LOST 15 POUNDS)and I feel great! Better than I have since my diagnosis.
Since my test results were great, all my doctor could say was "well, keep doing what you are doing because it seems to be working" and that is exactly what I have done.
If you have HyPERthyroidism or Graves disease please try this product! (especially if you are considering radiation or surgery, what have you got to loose?) I highly recommend it. I have been taking it since July 2008 and am still doing great!

I haven't had any of the nasty side effects that the pills gave me. I continue to focus on my diet -- you need to eat read meat or vegetarians eat a lot of other iron-rich foods and use this product. Both supplements and diet are needed to maintain your iron levels. Keep the product in the fridge to stay fresh.
I like Floravit's website - it is informative and I have now added a calcium and magnesium supplement (pill form) before bed, which I don't take with together with the iron (as they interfere with each other's absorption).Mira

(More customer reviews)Sold for weight loss - which it works well for - but the best therapy going for bipolar, anxiety and panic attacks. I've taken many different pharmacuticals with too many side effects, and no discernable benefit. This productevens out my moods, whether I'm high or low.
Also great for panic attacks or anxiety attacks and migraine headaches (if taken immediately). You don't even have to take it on a regular basis, as it seems to work within 45 minutes or so even if only taken as needed.

Enzymatic Therapy ADRENergize, 50 Capsules Review

(More customer reviews)I happened across a message board in which one of the members was extolling the virtues of adrenal-health supplements and some of the symptoms of adrenal fatigue. Without restating them all here (look them up!), I decided to give supplementation a try. One quick trip to the local natural foods store later, I am feeling much better. After only about one week of taking the Adrenergize I've noticed my mood and energy have lifted significantly. It's hard to explain exactly what it feels like- I still have bad days occasionally (I'm generally in good spirits but do have stressful days), but the bad days don't feel as bad. The good days are great! I feel more confident and just generally better, and my clarity of mind has never been better.
I can't really find out what exactly is in this stuff so I have tried another product called Adrenal Health from Gaia herbs (which is also excellent, perhaps even a little better albeit a bit more expensive), which has Holy Basil and Rhodiola in it, among other things. I imagine this stuff has similar ingredients in their "adrenal cortex complex" but I'm not sure. Either way I feel as though it has worked wonders for me- I recommend it highly. Please comment if you know of any side effects or if you know of the ingredients.
ADDED- This contains mostly several types of ginseng, Bupleurum Chinense root, licorice extract, turmeric extract, and wild yam root extract. Some ingredients are considered "adaptogenic", meaning that they assist the body in coping with and regulating hormonal stress responses. The ingredients are very different than the Gaia herbs product but both seem very effective. Some of the ingredients are actually considered to be complementary to each other. I have been taking both in tandem at their recommended doses for about two weeks and have had no adverse reactions / side effects so far.

(More customer reviews)After many, many years of ill-health and without a diagnosis from a 'conventional' medical practitioner I finally contacted a naturapathic doctor who after undertaking a saliva test for various hormone levels (cortisol and DHEA, and known as the Adrenal Stress Index test), suggested the initial use of Seriphos. Almost immediately after first using this product the acute anxiety I had experienced for so long suddenly ceased. Further research on my part and on-going support from my naturapathic doctor revealed that with a sub-clinical form of adrenal gland insuffiency (otherwise now known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or sometimes ME), other parts of the endocrine system (hypothalamus and pituitary glands) attempt to compensate by constantly stimulating the exhausted adrenal glands for the production of more hormones. This produces a quite appalling and apparently unique combination of anxiety, sleeplessness and extreme fatigue that fails to allow the adrenals to ever rest and eventually recover. Seriphos seems to work by convincing the hypothalamus and pituitary glands that they don't need to keep up their incessant stimuation of the adrenal glands and for the long time CFS sufferer a wonderful calmness is experienced for the first time in years. This is only the first stage to recovery, however, as the adrenals now need to be worked on and supported via other means. A really wonderful product for the CFS patient.

I had tried coffee, green tea and other "energy" products. All either didn't work or left me feeling jittery and nervous. These little Instant Energy B12 packets, however, are just the thing. They perk me up with 15-20 minutes and keep my energy up all afternoon. I have experienced no side effects at all from using them - no nervousness, jitters, headaches, etc. I really like this product. It works and it's inexpensive.
