(More customer reviews)I have never been a morning person & usually don't feel fully awake until after lunch ;-0 My doctor ran blood testing & found that my cortisol levels could be better for morning time. She explained that Cortisol peaks in the early morning, slacks off to halfway by around lunchtime, then falls completely by evening when melatonin normally sets in & makes you sleepy. So, I take 2 in the morning & 1 at lunch. i feel much more awake with less "brain fog" & have more energy. It did give me tremors (a bit like too much coffee) at first, but after 2 days of use, the tremors went away & I'm feeling much better. It just takes some time for the body to get used to.
