(More customer reviews)I have always had trouble with my cholesterol and my family has a long history of heart problems. I did not want to take the medications on the market today. When my friend told me about this product and her cholesterol had dropped, I decided to try it and my doctor told me this would be my last chance to try an alternative method -- my cholesterol was 278!!!! I used it for 3 months twice a day and my cholesterol dropped to 199!! I was very, very happy. I haven't had any side effects, but I do go to my doctor and get blood work to make sure my liver functions are stable, and again, there has been no problems. I hope this helps others who struggle with high cholesterol.
