My mom took Fosomax for 8 to 10 years, her teeth began to fall out as her jaw bones disintegrated due to Fosomax. Plus, she still broke bones all the time - pelvic bone, shoulder, arms .. what was the point of this drug other than to get the big pharma companies rich. This Progon-B is a much safer alternative for building or maintaining bone strength. I had a natural gas leak in my home for months and did not know it.... it suck the calcium out of my bones in attempts to counter act all the gas I was breathing in every night. I felt like my skeleton was collapsing around me. A natural-oriented chiropractor suggested I do a saliva test and bone density. Anyway I was only 58 but bones scan said I was like a 78 yr old woman at extreme risk for bone fracture. Chiro guy gave me this Progon-B stuff which cause your body to feel like there is natural progesterone and to start building bone strength in case a "baby" comes. It has worked, I can now do wild Zumba dancing 3 times a week, lift weights and feel strong again. Read Dr. John Lee's book on Menopause hormones and the role of progesterone in building bones. Been taking it daily for 3 years now.
