By the time I was 40 I had noticeable bony nodules on my knuckles and extreme pain in my hands, shoulders, hips, and feet. I took NSAIDS but they only mask the symptoms, and they're harmful when taken for extended periods. Then I read an amazing book, "The Arthritis Cure" which described a medical study of the use of therapeutic doses of a combination of substances which occur naturally in the body but which are deficient in arthritics. This product is that "cure" and I've been taking it for more than 10 years. It not only relieves my pain, but it has allowed my body to reabsorb the nodules from my fingers. I now have normal range of motion in all my joints. This particular brand is just one of many on the market. but I like the fact that I only have to take two tablets daily to achieve the recommended dose instead of three. I highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from joint disease.
