I've had 3 injuries to my back and neck which weakened my ligaments and surrounding tissue. With the help of chiropractic care, daily walks and yoga and then the implementation of Standard process Ligaplex I, I've had dramatic healing happen. I've gone from having chiro adjustments 3x a week to Once a week to once every two weeks and even longer. Nutrition plus a holistic approach to healing works every time, surgery should always be a last option when you've tried everything else. I know people that have had their backs fused and they have all been worse off, or go for the band-aid form of treatment like using pain meds or cortisone shots, but not me! Our bodies are designed to heal if given the right support and through the right Doctors and through giving our bodies nutrient rich foods.
