(More customer reviews)I was having terrible insomnia, where at my lowest point, I got 30 hours of sleep over the course of one month. I made a few life changes like quit the job I hated that I think was causing my sleep problems and tried to get back to a normal sleeping routine. I did for the most part, but there were still one or two nights a week where I would get 3 hours of sleep or less. Even though it was an improvement over getting less than 3 hours every night, a couple nights a week of no sleep was still affecting my health. I was put on zoloft for anxiety, but I wasn't feeling any better and my sleep problems weren't completely resolved. Then my friend told me about these stress relieving vitamins and how she got them from her chiropractor, which caught my attention because I also have scoliosis. Putting all of these factors together, I decided to try them. I have not had a rough nights sleep since I got them four weeks ago. Trust me, I was in bad shape...if they can help me, they can help anybody. Now I have been recommending them to all of my stressed out, sleep deprived friends. Thanks Min-Chex!!!!!!!!!!
