(More customer reviews)I've tried many different natural products over the years and most do not do what they say. i'll usually buy the ones with a money back guarantee because i dont want to waste my money. i heard about gabatrol on the radio and went to amazon to check the reviews. The reviews were good so i figured i'd try it and since it had the money back guarantee i had nothing to loose. I wanted it for occasional anxiety and the feeling of overwelm that i get sometimes. I took 2 the day after I got it and went shopping for a T V. I hate shopping and it is usually exausting and miserable. i went to 4 giant appliance stores and had enough energy for more. it helped with anxiety and overwelm, improved my workouts by 40%, gave me the power to give more massages in a day. thats good, because massage is what i do for a living at 54 years old. thanks to robert and the folks at gabatrol for a great product. I've bought many things on line but this is the second time I've writted a review. thanks for doing a good job.

(More customer reviews)First of all, I don't normally endorse any drugs, I am recieving no payment for my endorsement, I have no affiliation with the producer of this drug, and I don't believe in Homeopathic cures. Well, usually I don't.
I bought this product with a GREAT amount of skepticism because I was suffering intensely painful leg cramps at night a couple of times a month. A friend at work recommended the product - and frankly I was desparate.
There is simply no doubt about the effectiveness of this product. I take one pill nightly (I don't even know how to follow directions - I take one pill and just swallow it with water) and no more cramps. I go off this medication and cramps start reoccurring a few times a month. Back on the drug again and no cramps. I can't explain HOW this stuff works, but it does.
All I can promise is this stuff works on me. I have no idea if it works on everyone, most everyone, or just a few. But given the alternative of painful leg cramps (and if you have ever had these you understand immediately) you just need to try this stuff out.
I use only a single pill a night. I swallow it with water along with my other normal nightly medications. And something inside this pill stops the cramping. I don't believe it is the quinine because tonic water which contains more quinine doesn't work. But something in this pill - maybe several somethings mixed together - stop the cramping.
This stuff is worth a try!

I've tried a lot of different supplements in my time--- probably 40 or 50 different things over the years--vitamins, minerals, herbs. Some of them made me kind of ill, some had a minor positive effect. (For example, I noticed that ginkgo actually did help me think more clearly, at least a little bit.)
None of them, however, made a MAJOR positive impact on my life.
That is, until Natural Calm.
This miraculous substance has improved the quality of my life dramatically!
Here are the things this supplement has helped with:
Sleep--- Basically cured my occasional insomnia, and gives me a deep restful sleep every night.
Stress-- I now feel spectacularly relaxed. Also increased my ability to deal with difficult "crisis" situations.
Mood--- Made me generally happier.
Decreased muscle cramping and soreness.
Improved gums and teeth.
Improved hair loss.
Improved digestion and transit time.

But out of all the things I have ever taken, this is the ONE THING that I would NEVER be without. It has made that important an improvement in my life. It is almost like a miracle. Really.
There is a huge amount of research on the need in the body for more magnesium than Americans usually consume. Especially important is the ratio of Calcium to Magnesium you consume. In America this ratio is about 4 to 1. Ideally it should be around 1 to 1 or 1.5 to 1. I have settled on a ratio of about 1200 mg Ca and 800 mg Mg per day. (Try "The Magnesium Factor" by Margaret Seelig or "The Magnesium Miracle" by Carolyn Dean here on Amazon if you want more science of magnesium.)
I highly recommend that everyone try this supplement, at least for a week or two. You probably won't need that long. I noticed an improvement in two days. A MAJOR and IMMEDIATE improvement.

Just a couple of sprays as part of my nighttime routine and I feel an overwhelming urge to close my eyes and fall asleep within 15 minutes. Other reasons to love this product:
-I fall asleep and stay asleep all night.
-I wake up feeling refreshed, not groggy.
-If I get woken up in the middle of the night, I can use 2 more sprays, even if I have just a couple of hours until I need to wake up.
-When I run out, my ability to fall asleep is not compromised like it can be after taking other sleep medication.
-It's non-addictive (although being able to fall asleep so effortlessly sure is!).
I've met some people who have not found this product to work. I'd say it's worth a try. I've never had a problem with it,and it's definitely a must-have for me.

Hyland's - Calms Forte Review

When I don't take the Calms Forte, I toss and turn, wake up after only a couple of hours, and wake up feeling more tired than before I went to bed. Sometimes I'll stay awake for 25-30 hours at a time before falling asleep again, even after only having minimal amount of sleep beforehand. I've been a long-time sufferer of Insomnia, which started when I was a toddler.
The Calms Forte doesn't knock me out like prescription pills, instead it improves the quality of my rest which I prefer. It's easier to fall asleep, easier to stay asleep, and I sleep longer, which is good. I highly doubt this falls under the category of Placebo Effect because I took the pills as a skeptic, thinking they would do no good, and was pleasantly surprised.
