After trying several products that didn't seem to make much difference, it is refreshing to find one that actually is raising my energy and stamina. I'm sure that with some more time better muscle tone and strength will return. I wasn't looking for a miracle pill, just one that would reduce the effects of aging, and I think I found it. My wife has been very pleased I found it also.
