(More customer reviews)Gamma-O is great. I notice every day when I take it that I have. My strength and endurance are both up, and I am lifting much more than I ever have. I haven't noticed any side-effects and I have been taking it for 6 months now.
My only knock on the product is that the pills sometimes don't completely dissolve... that's all I'm saying about that.
