(More customer reviews)We have used this product for about a year. This is our favorite sleep aide. We love this product so much that we call it "the Good Stuff". It really helps us to wind down and get to sleep. Now whenever we feel the product is not working as well then we just switch to another product for one month then come back to this product and it works great again. I would recommend this product. It does taste good too.
