(More customer reviews)I had read a review on this product that said it made him go to the bathroom a lot more but I didn't know it would be quite as bad as it was. I took 2 with each meal (3 times a day) and I noticed that I had an extreme amount of gas problems and felt the urge to purge regularly whether I could or not. I started taking one a meal and it backed off a bit but I still felt gaseous. This product may not affect you the same way but I couldn't take it anymore and had to order something else.
