(More customer reviews)I've tried GNC's melatonin at the same strength and man, what a difference with NB. Long's Drugs carries these guys and one pill puts you to sleep right away or in cases where you're really not tired, 2 pills at the most. I've never seen anything like it. It's much better than the artificials that's for sure. No side effects, nothing. With GNC's formulation, I found myself gradually needing 3 pills to get the same weak effect after a while-and this is nominally 15mg of melatonin. Go figure.
