I have been using this product for about 3 months now. It helps me a lot with my joints. My doctor recommended that I try a glucosamine supplement for a easy non-prescription answer to lower back and knee stiffness that used to keep me very inactive. I definitely see a difference in all of my joints, but specifically in the knees. This brand is the second one I've tried and I like it very much. I will be back for more
