(More customer reviews)I really can't believe the amount of pain relief this product has helped bring about, nor can I believe how fast the pain in my hip was taken away. I believe it to be the Msm, because I have for the longest time taken Glucosamine Chondroitin and never gotten this kind of relief. There are still times - such as before I go for extended walks, or bowling, etc., that I have to rub in something extra, like a menthol ice or Ben-Gay or some such thing because this product does not keep up with the pain of over-exerting the muscles like that, but then I am not in the greatest shape and the number of times I exert myself on a regular basis are rare and few. Otherwise, if your joints hurt you just walking around the house or yard, this cream will ease the pain right up for just such meanderings, and give you the ability to bring back the pleasure you once felt in a casual stroll around the block.

The AM portion will keep you in check with the mood swings, and those memory issues and the PM portion with in 30 minutes of taking it will keep you asleep. You do not wake up with any of the strange feelings from some products that you can try. I wanted to take something that was as close to natural as it could be and I can truly state I have it. If you have been looking for a product that works and does what it states it will do, this is it. I have been talking this for 2+ years and I make sure that I always have a full box before I take that last pill....I would not be without this product. I have informed several women of this product, they have personally thanked me for saving their marriages, their children offer a thank you for helping their Mom's with the mood swings, and the husbands agree this is a great product and they make sure their spouse is not without it......

(More customer reviews)I'm female, but I haven't noticed any change while I've been taking this so I wouldn't recommend it for women even though they claim it can increase libido in both men and women. I've actually read a couple books also saying that it hasn't been tested in women and the claims are just from the suppliers who want to expand their markets, so I'd suggest going another route.

(More customer reviews)Here's one I would never have guessed. My wife spotted an advertisement regarding Natrol 5-HTP as a mood enhancer. We picked up a 150-dose bottle at our local warehouse store. She reported that they indeed enhanced her mood and suggested that I try them. I was skeptical. OK, I took them for a few days and made a remarkable discovery. My appetite was significantly reduced. In fact, I forgot to eat supper one night. Amazing! Well, it says right on the bottle that they help control appetite. Hmmmmm. And I was going on a diet to lose weight anyway. This is exactly what I need! Oh, by the way, my mood seems to be a little better too.
Note: These mood enhancers are considered to be dietary supplements rather than drugs but they may interfere with drugs or react with alcohol, so take care. I've had no adverse effects with this supplement and a wide variety of others. There are some instructions and warnings on the bottle. If you have any questions or doubts try putting 5-HTP into Google or other search engine. I found a big and useful Wikipedia article on the substance. Or, you could always consult your doctor, as they say

(More customer reviews)I wish I was someone who could tolerate this, as I've heard good things about results using Natrol Carb Intercept. However, this gave me the worst case of gas ever. I had that gurgling, uncomfortable internal distress. My tummy felt bad. My guts were in turmoil. And thank God it was during the night--ALL NIGHT--or I wouldn't have had the nerve to step outside my door with that much gas rolling around and erupting.
I tried it again, just in case it wasn't the Natrol and was something else. Eating different foods--same result. Gasorama.
Bummer.
