(More customer reviews)I would like to inform women that this product by far is effective in reducing the hot flashes, night sweats and the mood swings. The AM portion will keep you in check with the mood swings, and those memory issues and the PM portion with in 30 minutes of taking it will keep you asleep. You do not wake up with any of the strange feelings from some products that you can try. I wanted to take something that was as close to natural as it could be and I can truly state I have it. If you have been looking for a product that works and does what it states it will do, this is it. I have been talking this for 2+ years and I make sure that I always have a full box before I take that last pill....I would not be without this product. I have informed several women of this product, they have personally thanked me for saving their marriages, their children offer a thank you for helping their Mom's with the mood swings, and the husbands agree this is a great product and they make sure their spouse is not without it......
