(More customer reviews)I love these little packs! In the past when I've tried energy drinks or other energy pills, I get jitters and when it begins wearing off, you have a "crash" and end up feeling worse than if you just skipped them altogether.
There are three pills per pack which I love because then I can better control the dose I need at the time I take them. I don't take them every day but when I need them, I take them one at a time about 30-40 minutes or more apart. Lots of times, I end up only needing two of them. It gives me long lasting energy with no crash, no jitters and I've never had them interfere with my sleep or make me feel nervous and edgy.
I don't know what the other reviewer was referring to about nutritional info because I easily found it on the back of every single pack of the pills. I like the fact that I don't get the display box which I would have to pay extra postage for just so I could throw it in my trash can.
Bottom line: They WORK! The price is great and because they come in individual packets, you can take them, sealed and protected, anywhere. I've even taken these on rafting trips and never had them get soggy and they take up no room at all in my pack.

(More customer reviews)I'm writing this review because I noticed at least one reviewer who thought yohimbe was merely a "placebo" and had "no effect", while another reviewer noted bad side-effects. While everyone reacts differently to chemicals (for some, one cup of strong coffee is too much, others hardly seem to be bothered by six cups), I would caution anyone taking this not to think that this supplement does not contain potent alkaloids. The most active is yohimbine, which is the main ingredient in several FDA approved prescription drugs (Yocon, Yohimex, etc) but in my experience the bark, which contains several other active alkaloids in addition to yohimbine, can be more potent and prosexual. Prior to Viagra, Yocon etc were among the few prescription choices for ED. However, while Viagra increases erections only if the man is already aroused, yohimbine actually can result in increased libido (making you feel "horny"). It is best to start with a very small dose and to realize that there can be an accumulative effect over weeks - too much can result in raised blood pressure, fast heart rate (like too much coffee) and anxiety, especially if you are prone to panic attacks. Some manufacturers of this herbal supplement seem unwilling to provide proper caution about only starting with a small dose, such as one-sixth or one-quarter of one tablet, until personal response can be gauged. This is no doubt why some reviewers gave it low marks - they didn't realize the recommended dose was too large. You should know that the effects of ingesting whole bark, versus making a tea from the raw bark (using vitamin C to help absorption) can be delayed. The delay can be for up to one to two hours, since the bark is being digested and absorbed more slowly. The effects can last from two to twelve hours depending on the dose and personal sensitivity. Do not take it if you are tired or need sleep, as larger doses will result in definite insomnia. The prosexual effects (assuming you don't take more than is comfortable for your body) can include spontaneous erections, increased libido and very powerful orgasms. In my experience these effects are quite noticeable and much more "drug like" (not subtle) than other supplements which claim to have an aphrodisiac effect. If you suffer from heart disease, HBP, or are not in good health, you should only use this product with caution and begin with only a small fraction of a dose since you do not want to have it increase heart rate or BP too much. I have seen prescription Yocon prescribed for men even after heart surgery, but as I say, the herbal product seems to have many more effects and the prescription drug is much more standardized. Again, the effects can be both immediate (within hours) and cumulative (if taken over several weeks - but beware of taking too much. Reduce dosage or stop taking it if unpleasant side effects occur).

(More customer reviews)I'm a bit sceptic about supplements, I suppose sometimes the placebo effect is stronger than the real one.
But nevertheless, I use CoQ10, Gingko Biloba and DHEA from Swanson, and I could tell that I feel more energized and mentally strong. I don't care if it's the placebo effect or anything else, as long as I pay such low prices for these things.
I would recommend you to take this combination if you work with your brain - it could help you be more productive.
If you are into supplements a lot, I recommend a good book that will tell you why you should take a handful of supplements 3 times a day to keep you brain and body healthy for longer:
Brain Longevity: The Breakthrough Medical Program that Improves Your Mind and Memory
Good that you could buy them here easily and cheaply. Just don't go into extremes.

(More customer reviews)As compared to all the other vitamins/supplements/herbs that are out on the market promoting "sexual satisfaction," I would have to say that I have gotten the best response from this herb. Granted I have only taken this herb for 2 days, however I noticed results the first day that I started taking it. After doing some research, the dosage that I decided to use is 2 capsules (400mg each) per day, 2 days on 2 days off (as recommended by multiple literary sources). The first day went on as normal leaving me feel pretty normal. The night however, brought more of a response that I was expecting/hoping for. When my girlfriend and I went to bed I couldn't keep my hands off of her, which led me to more or less pounce on her. I experienced really intense, almost overwhelming sexual desire and felt as though I wanted to go all night long with her. Touching & kissing her skin alone left me incredibly horney and I couldn't get enough of her. The following days have been filled with similar experiences, a lot of physical play, and an increase of sexual thoughts running through my head.
Side effects: there can be several side effects that are realized with this herb. To date, I have only experienced being slightly more irritable (pissy) than normal on days that I take the herb.
I have tried many herbs and supplements in my search to enhance my sexual experiences: Damiana, Maca, Rhodiola Rosea, Epimedium (horney goat weed), Muira Puama, Ginkgo Biloba, Tribulus Terrestris, L-Arginine, and now Tongkat Ali. Out of all of these, Tongkat Ali produced the most noticeable result that I was very impressed with. While use of L-Arginine produced more of a physical result (increase of semen and slighly longer & stronger orgasm), Tongkat Ali produces an increase in libido and sexual desire. More experimentation is needed and I will update this review as I continue to take this product.

I was exhausted and had a really difficult time functioning. I tried other herbs....black cohosh, vitex etc. and experienced no change. I didn't think I would make it much longer with the intensity of my hot flashes when I discovered royal maca. Within a week I started feeling better, and by 3 weeks my hot flashes were 80 to 90% better! (More customer reviews)So, I've only been taking this for a month, and I've already noticed a slight change for the better...I was a 32AA and I think I'm close to a 32A...barely noticable with a shirt on, but very noticable to the person who they belong to and sees them every day...If they have gotten slightly bigger in a month, I'm hoping I'll acheive my desired cup size by the time I run out...But, these pills STINK! It sucks because you have to take them twice a day, so thats around the time of breakfast and dinner...the smell totally ruins your appetite...luckily, they don't taste too bad (unless you let it dissolve on your tounge) and thank god, the cream is odor-free altogether. I highly reccomend using the cream along with the pills because then you're working on the inside AND the outside, so maximum results may be acheived...I think :) Also, when your breasts grow, your skin gets a beating. Who wants to have bigger breasts if you get ugly streatch marks on them? I don't. Oh, and also, my left one is growing faster then my right one...I read quite a few reviews saying they had the same thing happen but that the slower one catches up after a few months...Ok, hope this helps you make a decision.
