(More customer reviews)I was having a lot of trouble with my knees. I could hardly get up the stairs in my house. This has been getting worse for the last year. I know there has been a lot written about products like this not working, but I read on HuffPost that "sulfate" really did. I trust them and so I bought this product. I have been using it for a month. I can walk up and down the stairs with not problem now. What can I say, if you have the same problem you know how depressing it can be. It seems like it took two weeks to really work. For me it's been like a miracle. Try it.

(More customer reviews)I've been taking Glucosamine Chondroitin for my bad knees for about seven years. I've tried a number of different brands and I've found the Solgar product works the best for me. I've heard that Solgar products have more filler in them. I don't know whether that's true or not.
I have very little cartilage between my knee bone and cap. Several years ago, I could barely get up and down a flight of stairs. But after taking the Solgar product for three weeks, I was playing tennis. Don't get me wrong. My knees still suffered and were often swolen after I played. And where I could run around the court, I still had difficulty stopping and changing directions. Even so, this product has made a tremendous difference in the quality of my life.
I experimented with other brands, but always went back to Solgar. Indeed, different body chemistries sometimes absorb and react differently to certain remedies. It wouldn't hurt to experiment with Solgar and other brands to see which one works best for you.

(More customer reviews)It works! I am energized and I get my daily vitimans. I'm only on day 2. I take 2 pills daily with breakfast (1/2 cup cereal and one whole banana). My energy lasts all day till 8pm. The energy gives me lots of motivation to exercise. I work out more and doing so relieves a lot of my stress/depression. I am more happy and stress-free. I do get tired/exhausted at night time, which gets me into a deep sleep and sleep well for 8 hours. That is great for me because I am never a heavy sleeper. Now I get my 8 hours of sleep peacefully. I am sensitive to caffine, but this product is prefect for me because it's not crazy like energy drinks/diet pills which make you crash too soon or stay up all night. As long you take it with solid food and drink lots of water, it will have no side effects (nausea, dizziness, etc.). I would recommend this to any female who is looking to be more energize and make good use out of that energy. Only issue is swallowing the pills. I hate pills and these are big pills. Good thing you only have to take 2/daily. My old vitimans was 4/daily (same size). I have no regret ordering this product and from now on, this will be my mulitiviman. Plus the price it great compare to other areas.

This product is great, his condition improved almost immediately after starting these supplements, so much so that we jokingly call them dog steroids. I really enjoy being able to buy them on Amazon because they cost at least 50% less than the same product in the store. Do take notice that this is not the extra strength version, but it works just as well if you adjust the dose and it is still cheaper! I wouldn't feed my little baby anything else and he has no problem devouring them every morning!

I used the entire bottle and it really helped my mobility and lessened my arthritis pain. In the meantime the store discontinued this product and I tried another like it from GNC. It didn't work for me at all. When I found that I could order the Mason G/C from Amazon I got two bottles and have been ordering them ever since. This product really reduces the aches and pains of osteoarthritis. The best part is that Glucosamine Chrondroitin contains shellfish products, which I am allergic to, but I can take this one anyway with no side effects.
