Unlike most competitive products, this one actually delivers beneficial bacteria to your gut since the pearl has a protective time released coating. Studies have shown that most probiotics on the market are inactive before arriving to your home since the FDA doesn't regulate any of these products. Reputation is everything for probiotic companies.
I believe the only people who claim to have problems with this product probably had a bad case of candida overgrowth. Resolving a heavy case of candida overgrowth is never a comfortable process. Feeling terrible actually means the product is working as expected since dyeing candida naturally releases many different toxins into the blood stream.

(More customer reviews)I don't want the side effects of estrogen, and this product is almost as effective as an estrogen cream if I use it about every two days. And yes, the tube version is less expensive than the version with individual prefilled applicators. But it's also significantly harder to use. The cream is fairly liquid and when I try to squeeze it into the applicator, half of it goes all over my hands. I end up not being able to apply it as well and it goes all over my thighs. When I consider how much gets wasted and the annoyance of filling the applicator, I'm not sure the tube version really does much more for me than the individual applicators.

I noticed the smell and discharge decrease little by little..I started with one pill but I need to take 2 a day in order for it to really work. No more wearing pantyliners, discharge, or awful smell..I will certainly purchase this product again..
