(More customer reviews)I like and use other Source Naturals products, so this review is more of a cautionary note than a critique of the product itself. It is certainly not a critique of the company as I am pleased with its products generally. A couple of days after I started taking this, I began having rapid heart palpitations and a spike in blood pressure. The symptoms subsided after I discontinued using the product. To be sure, I repeated the process and the same thing happened. Before purchasing, I researched potential side effects and found nothing concerning the types of symptoms I experienced. I have since done additional research and still have found nothing concerning those symptoms. My experience may be atypical, but I wanted to caution folks about potential side effects which are not reported as a matter of course. The product (rather than the brand) may be good for what it does, but it did not work for me.
