(More customer reviews)It took about 4 weeks before I noticed some relief from the sciatic pain (from 2 slipped discs) and the hip pain (from arthritis in both hips.) Relief started gradually. Now I am pain free from these conditions almost all the time, and when I occasionally do have pain, it is considerably lessened. I started with more than the recommended dosage, but now take three a day. I can walk distances again and am sleeping so much better. This is an incredible product.
