It really takes only a few minutes to follow the steps and the taste was not a bad as I imaged. There was only a sight Clorox taste. To my amazement, I now have fresh breath all day. Even morning bad breath completely disappeared. Profresh lived up to all its claims and I am completely satisfied. This is the best product I ever bought. I wish I would have known about Profresh earlier. Thank you ProFresh for changing my life!
