(More customer reviews)I've been taking Glucosamine Chondroitin for my bad knees for about seven years. I've tried a number of different brands and I've found the Solgar product works the best for me. I've heard that Solgar products have more filler in them. I don't know whether that's true or not.
I have very little cartilage between my knee bone and cap. Several years ago, I could barely get up and down a flight of stairs. But after taking the Solgar product for three weeks, I was playing tennis. Don't get me wrong. My knees still suffered and were often swolen after I played. And where I could run around the court, I still had difficulty stopping and changing directions. Even so, this product has made a tremendous difference in the quality of my life.
I experimented with other brands, but always went back to Solgar. Indeed, different body chemistries sometimes absorb and react differently to certain remedies. It wouldn't hurt to experiment with Solgar and other brands to see which one works best for you.
