One day I decided to drink one ounce without mixing it. The taste was very good! Within a short period of time, I started to feel that something had taken place. I could lift my leg with the hip problem and it lasted nearly all day.The rest of my body felt less strained. A couple days later, I remembered the first experience and drank another ounce straight. I felt so much better. Now I am in the process of purchasing a larger bottle. I had another product designed to aid joint problems, but the strength was not potent enough for immediate relief.
