(More customer reviews)My family and I (5 of us, 6 if you include the mother-in-law :) have been taking the AcaiBlast Chewables for the past 6 months (we upgraded to the 500mg bags after 2 months) and we all wholeheartedly agree that it improved our 1.skin - less flaky; 2.regularity - my wife, mother-in-law, and kids are much more "comfortable," I would always have to hear about their constipation in the past; 3.immune system - only one of us got sick over the winter (and may I add, just very briefly), and knock on wood, we have not been victims of the 2010 pollen season affliction; and 4.energy level - noticeably higher, something that I definitely am aware of when there are 3 kids in our lives. I honestly have not seen or heard of any bad side effects. Hope the review helps.
