(More customer reviews)I love this prenatal because it has some ingredients that are hard to find in others (like Magnesium - great for leg cramps and avoiding depression). As far as the reviewer cautioning against Vitamin A - this prenatal has Vitamin A in the form of Beta Carotene, which is safe during pregnancy. It is Vitamin A that comes from Retinol that is dangerous.
