Better yet, just slipped on some autumn leaves and sprained my knee. While I've used anti-inflammatories and elevation, I also put the Sombra on the knee. I'm walking the second day. That was a pleasant and relatively painless surprise.
Oh yes, the Sombra doesn't reek like the over-the-counter arthritis remedies. Scent is minimal and pleasantly mild. In addition, the roll-on is easy to apply and goes where you want it without running. And, you can take a hot shower the next morning without fear of burning yourself like you can with some capsicum based remedies.
Overall, Sombra is an excellent pain-relief gel and it's easy to use, goes a long way, and doesn't seem to have any unpleasant side-effects.
