(More customer reviews)I was given a tube of Hyland's Teething Gel by my sister. She'd been given a slew of products to 'try' for free, for the store she worked for.
I've been caring for the love of my life, my wonderful grandson, BabyJulian.
He's had a hard time with teething. It seems to be an almost constant battle. This is a new experience for both of us. My children would of course have teething pain. But it was very specific. It was very limited.
It started when they'd be getting a new tooth. It ended when the tooth broke through. But BabyJulian's not so lucky. His is an on and on process.
I'll never forget his reaction to the first time i rubbed orajel on his inflamed gums. Despite being in obvious pain, and irrespective of his extremely young age, ( he was only a few months old,) he looked at me with a look of such upset. He looked betrayed. It's the taste and feel of the numbing sensation. He seemed to hate it almost as much as the feel of swollen, painful gums.
I resolved right there and then, to never rub orajel on his gums again.
But his fight with teething went on and on. One day he was in so much pain, I was beside myself. I wanted so to help him. Then I remembered the teething gel I was given.
I read, with some, hmm. doubt, about it's homeopathic properties.
It promised to help,w ith out that numbing sensation, so well, that baby might fall asleep. He'd be feeling that much relief.
I had nothing to lose. So, I tried it.
It was like a miracle. It worked just like it promised.
More importantly, or just as importantly to us, he didn't look betrayed.
It doesn't have that numbing sensation.
I frankly don't know what, or how it works.
I only know that it does.
Without a horrible, just had a shot of novacaine at the dentist office feeling. It simply eases the pain. BabyJulian often does feel so much relief he does fall asleep.
I'm down to my last little squirts. I haven't been able to find it in stores. So, I'm looking to reorder online.
So, there's my little, and first, online testimony.
