(More customer reviews)I have been on this product for a month now and see no visible changes. When I sprinkle it on my food I sprinkle just how they tell me too but it does not prevent me from eating. I still eat the entire dish. All the time and everytime. I am not a big girl at all just looking to lose 20lbs but it looks like it's not going to happen with Sensa. So this was just a waste of money for me.
