Brushing with it feels slightly abrasive and the paste itself has a grainy or sand like feeling and texture. It does leave your mouth feeling very cleansed and very fresh.
I found the product to be gentle and effective and even pleasant and I would indeed recommend this to anyone wanting a brighter smile.

Listerine Total Care Anticavity Mouthwash Review

(More customer reviews)I find this product to be just about my favorite mouthwash. The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that it takes a while for my mouth to clear out the foam resulting from a fairly high hydrogen peroxide content. I don't mind the foam that much, though, because I know it's largely responsible for a pretty impressive reduction in coffee/tea stains. I like the way it tastes, and though I can't offer any proof that it really does build enamel, etc., I buy it because of its many advertised features as well. For some people with sensitive teeth, the hydrogen peroxide effect might be too intense.
