(More customer reviews)After doing some research regarding ph in urine, I found that if I include more alkaline foods and supplements in my diet then my urine ph would be more balanced. I did that and sure enough, my urine ph went from 4.5 (very acidic) to about 6.25 (acidic but closer to optimal). I eat one large apple a day, at least one calcium supplement, vitamin C, citrus fruit if possible, green vegetables, and more milk. The test strip included were terrible - they bled and looked like my urine was very basic which wasn't true. Test strips by ph-ion worked much better. I stopped using this product almost immediately after I made adjustments to my diet and bc I already use enzyme Digest caps by enzymedica - this product also contain enzymes in addition to potassium bicarb, sodium bicarb, and magnesium citrate. Btw, enzymes are alkaline, which is probably one reason it is included. Personally, I think adjusting your overall diet is a much better value, will save you money, can tastes better, and can satisfy your hunger too. :)
Having said all this, it is important to get more alkaline foods in your diet. It fixed a big part of my indigestion problems and maybe other problems too. Do some research on acidic urine and you will get a lots of information on how balancing the ph will affect you.
