(More customer reviews)I purchased this with the main unit (hard body) from Light Relief for use on my back. The main unit's description and photos don't indicate the small pad attached to it can be removed from the hard body for easier use. However, the small pad can be interchanged with this larger pad. If one needs to cover an area larger than 5" x 5" (approximately) then I strongly RECOMMEND buying the larger pad...
It has successfully eliminated my RLS, Sciatica, is helping to heal soft tissue injury to leg and hip muscles after a hip replacement, and also has relieved 30-years of jaw pain...
Following the manufacturer's recommendations, I used it on "High", every night on each area I needed relief, for two sessions (15 minute-timed by the main unit), without the heat. After one night, I had relief!
I need to use it on all my "replaced / injured" parts at least every other night.
The larger pad is easily plugged into the same port the small pad (which comes attached to the hard body unit)...only one pad can be used at a time. I use the smaller pad (removed from the unit) for my jaw, and smaller areas, but the large pad is essential for large areas, like low back, legs, shoulders, tummy, chest, etc.

Anyway, so I am taking this stuff now. Can't hurt, right?
I have been taking it for about 2 weeks now and, so far, I have not been
tempted in the slightest to give up my Celebrex for some slight pain relief.
I have osteoarthritis in all fingers and both thumbs. It is a literal pain at work and affects most everything I try to do. I am a runner and not overweight and I don't eat sweets. It's just genetic, my grandmother had arthritis of both hands also.
I will continue to take the Trigosamine for a few months and give it a chance.
But as far as the "fast acting" premise on the bottle...uh, nope. Not for me.
Update: After 6 weeks....no noticable improvement. Whatever is the root cause of osteoarthritis in the hands/thumbs....this stuff does not get to the root of the problem. Not for me. Dropping my rating to one star.
The people who make this stuff know that it doesn't really do anything.

Cervical Neck Traction Review

Since using this device, I have stopped taking my pain medication because I find so much more relief using it. I recommend that a person see their doctor first before trying the device because as with any traction device, depending on the cause of their neck pain, it may either improve or aggravate the problem and fortunately, it has improved my ailment.

How this cream works is, you find the core or spot of the pain and then you put on about the size of a quarter and simply rub in. You may use it liberally up to four times a day. (I hardly think you'll need to use it that much!) It works almost immediately! Five minutes the most and you can't smell a thing! The cream has a wonderful smooth texture and in case you need to have someone else reach the spot for you, the scent is not carried from person to person, because it's not there!
I am AMAZED that this cream even works on my mother's terrible arthritis pain that she gets in her hands. She said that she wouldn't trade it for a thing and couldn't possibly go back to using anything else. My father had a terribly complex back surgery and uses this on his lower back and is immediately relieved of his pain. I'm just happy to see them feeling more like themselves. After all, no one likes to see the ones they love in pain!
I'm thrilled they're happy and not a bit surprised at the out come! Thank you Vine for another great product! Try it! You will NOT be disappointed!
