(More customer reviews)I have no clue what the other guy who reviewed this product was talking about he said it was a total scam but i assume he cant read or follow directions very well the directions state take 4 capsules 45 minutes before going to bed this is cridical to it working at the most go maybe 1 hour before going to bed & it works everytime & leaves you with no groggie feeling in the morning either very good natural product if taken the way your told to
