(More customer reviews)I can usually stand to eat anything but these are bad. I eat them anyway because glucosamine changed my life. I work out alot and was starting to feel it in my knees...started taking glucosamine and it made me feel as young as I should feel. So...the only way i would recommend these is if you cannot swollow a pill.
