(More customer reviews)For several months, I have been suffering from extreme insomnia. If I could get from 3-4 hours of sleep each night, I felt quite lucky. I had been taking 25mg Benadryl to help me sleep to no avail. Currently, we are stationed in Germany where doctors prefer to prescribe Homeopathic meds if possible. I was quite skeptical about taking this medication as I am a nurse and have a solid, traditional medicine education. However, I would take none of the typical US prescription meds as the side-effects were so unpleasant to me. The first night I took the Neurexan from my German doctor, I had no faith there would be any changes in my sleep patterns. Was I ever wrong! The medication does not "put one out," but rather, even better, it give one such a sense of peace and serenity that you naturally fall asleep and sleep a very calm, good night's sleep. I awaken with no after-effects of grogginess, but rather awaken with great mental clarity and a continued sense of calm and peace with myself and my environment. I highly recommend this product.
