(More customer reviews)i tried this product for 2 months. One day I noticed that I had markedly better motion in my hips, knees, and shoulders. And I mean much, much more movement.
I still get stiff sometimes, and there are things that I cannot do with my knees and joints, but the difference is clear:

Try it for at least 2 months, it is fantastic. And this comes from a person that despises the commercials.
The glucosamine HYDROCHLORIDE, not sulfate, is the difference, I believe.
