Had a breast augmentation and a chin implant, have been taking Boiron Arnica Montana 30 c for 2 days before surgery and every day since. It's been two days since surgery and I feel phenomenal. Minimal pain, little swelling, no bleeding. (And implants are supposed to HURT! I don't feel a thing.) So pleased with how things have turned out, I have only needed tylenol for the pain! Who knows if arnica is a miracle herb or not, but it's homeopathic and has no negative side effects, so what do you have to loose by trying?? I'm thrilled that I did. Couldn't be happier :) Best of luck!
